FAQ/Can't find dongle

Upon the release of Windows XP it was discovered that the HASP Dongle drivers did not support the new operating system. This issue was soon resolved by Aladdin, the makers of our HASP drivers, and new drivers were provided within days of the problem being discovered.

The new drivers were incorporated into our upgrade installer as soon as they were released. Log into your account and download the current upgrade installer to ensure that you have the latest HASP drivers.
