Render Nodes as Managers under 5.0x to 5.1.100

There is currently a known issue that prevents a render node acting as a manager from accepting connections from outside copies of Fusion for network rendering. There are two work arounds; 1) Use a remote login utility like realvnc or remote desktop to locally add comps to the manager, or 2) use a stand alone manager. A stand alone manager can be found under the Utilities folder of Fusion, and can be safely run on the same machine as a Rnode.
