This problem is new for v270.61 of NVidia drivers. It occurs when Fusion cleans up OpenCL, when it exits. It has been reported with both 32bit and 64bit versions of Fusion. Workarounds include:

  • Copy and paste the following text into Fusion's Console view: 
fu:SetPrefs("Global.Tweaks.OpenCL.GLSharing", false); fu:SavePrefs()

then exit Fusion (it will crash once more), then restart Fusion again.

  • Roll back to the previous version of NVidia drivers (v266.58)
