Switch Macro
Switch has an A and an B input. The Input allows to switch between them. Other than the Dissolve-Tool this macro does preserve the Domain of Definition (DoD).
External Inputs
The following inputs appear on the tool's tile in the Flow Editor:
If only one Input is supplied the switch node with fall back to this node regardless of the setting. But please be aware that the DoD will be reset if an unavailable Input is set. (TODO)

Which Input to output. Either A or B

SwitchProxy Macro
SwitchProxy is used to switch Full and Proxy resolution inputs based on the composition Proxy-Setting. In order to not dynamically downscale the Proxy version make sure your Proxy level is set to 1.
