This error is due to the fact that Fusion's bug reporter can not do SSL, nor does secure authentication.
If your mail server doesn't require authentication or SSL, then it can be used to send the bug report. If you don't specify a specific mail server, Fusion will try what the MX DNS record is locally, and if that doesn't work, it'll try the MX DNS record for the 'to' address's domain. The to address is an eyeonline address, so it'll end up finding eyeon's spam filtering mail service, which unfortunately won't allow non-authenticated connections.
If you find you receive these errors, please email the generated crash dump zip files as per the instructions below with a description of what you were doing when Fusion crashed.
