DV Look and (DF4)

Adds a few effects to the footage to simulate 4:1:1 DV compression to footage shot on film originally.

This will create a toon style shader for live video. This will require a fair bit of tweaking based on the footage provided. This uses the Krokodove "Dither" (free) plugin to achieve a flattening of color.
