Math: math.floor

Arguments

math.floor( number )

  • number (required, numeric)

The numeric value to be rounded down.

Returns

A number representing the supplied argument rounded down to the nearest integer.

-- set a non-integer value for variable i i = 1.2345 -- returns 1 math.floor( i)
