CHANGES FOR FUSION 5.31 build 74

Built: December 15th, 2008

Major Changes

  • Fixed an issue on Vista that could cause problems with keyboard focus and selection within edit boxes.
  • Reduced kernel address space usage, due to a large number of tile pics, which could lead to strange redraw problems and even crashes, when the kernel address space is limited due to the /3GB switch and a graphics card with large amounts of memory.
  • Increased timeout for sending mail (crashdumps and bug reports) to help with slow mail servers.
  • EDL import now supports REEL xxx IS CLIP <filename>.
  • Timeline filter prefs are now stored in Profile: rather than Fusion:Profiles.
  • Plugin filename that a tool comes from can be obtained view scripting with REGS_Filename.
  • Now supports float Truelight LUTs and larger Truelight LUTs.
  • Fixed problem where Vector Motion Blur could produce some blur for pixels with 0 length vectors.
  • Fixed ever increasing Underlays.
  • Fixed crash after saving OpenEXR from the view.
  • Inputs that normally get a default modifier added on creation (eg. Time Stretcher's "Source Time") but where the modifier had been removed, were being saved in such a way that a modifier would get re-added on load.
  • The 'current' file name used to load an image is placed in the image's metadata, rather than the selected clip file name.
  • Could get stuck in an infinite loop renaming a tool or pasting an instance, given certain tool names, if the tool has simple expressions.
  • Fixed a slow-down each time a directory is changed in the file requester on Linux.
  • Fixed a lengthy eyeonScript start/stop loop that could occur on Linux.
