You can access information about the composition the Fuse is located in via the Comp member that belongs to each object including the Fuse itself (e.g. by writing self.Comp). To quote eyeon support:

The Comp object offers the following methods:

  • GetPrefs(<prefname_string>)
  • GetData(<dataname_string>)
  • Execute(<scriptfilename_string>)

These are largely identical to the equivalents in the script API. Also, there's the following data members:
