Flipbook Alpha
Flipbook previews in Fusion 5.1 now contain the the alpha channel of the rendered images, in addition to the RGB channels. The alpha channel will also be preserved if the flipbook is saved to disk.
Ping Pong Previews
Expanded support for the ping pong playback mode includes all types of previews, including AVI and file sequence previews.
Fullscreen Previews in Fixed Views
The fixed display views (left and right views) now have an option to switch to fullscreen when showing a flipbook preview. Previously this option was only available for floating views. Right click on any flipbook and select Fullscreen to switch to fullscreen playback mode.
Shoot On Previews
Flipbook previews created using the Shoot On option will now play back correctly. The Shoot On option makes it possible to render only every 'x'th frame. For example, to create a flipbook preview showing every third frame. The flipbook would hold each frame for 3 frames before advancing to the next frame.
