Generation in Linux Under wine?

#1

Post by wellsichris » Wed Aug 29, 2018 10:13 am

has anyone tried to get Generation to run in Linux? I got it running but was stopped because it couldn't see the dongle. I know back in the day eyeon did a lot to get fusion to run in Linux. How did they work around the dongle issue?

Does anyone have any idea how to get it to work?

Thanks

Network licenses.

Even if you did get it to start up, I believe Generation is heavily dependent on Windows libraries (and DirectX?) for performance. Always worth a shot, but so wouldn't get my hopes up too high...
