Yes, you're allowed to change your response if you have read the manual since your first vote ;)

Well, I checked as read, but not the whole thing, obviously. This is not, you know, a War and Peace kind of reading. I prefer to open it from time to time to get tool reference.
But I'd like to read an updated Scripting Guide instead ;)

What I'd be most interested in seeing the stats on would be "Have you read/searched the WSL VFXPedia archive?". :)

Thirds on the scripting manual! And yes I have read bits of the manual but only when puzzled . . .

I 'reference' it as needed but would never sit and read it for pleasure or peace of mind.
I was working on an updated and more user-friendly site from the VFXPedia dump I received but had to put that on hold for a while. I was also hoping for an update from BMD on access to the SDK and their own internal documentation that was spoke of some time ago..............

I probably would if it wasn't PDF. It's a nightmare to have 3000 page PDF that isn't hyperlinked.

Truth be told, Fusion 16 manual has some hyperlinks on table of contents page numbers.
However I'm not sure, which is the biggest crime: making PDF manuals password protected or disabling comments on official BMD YouTube channel :)

They're not supposed to be protected (password though??) - opening them in Firefox allows you to copy/paste the content. Something with the authoring. BMD is aware.

I read the first Fu 2.5 manual intensely. (Came in a black lever arch file).
Marked lines with a textmarker.
Many years later I then reformatted and partially rewrote the Fu7 manuals....:-)

...and years later you became a walking, talking Fusion Manual complete with examples, insights, puns, asides, anecdotes, and innuendos. :D
