Fusion Keyboard Shortcuts

#1

Post by razzy » Thu Sep 10, 2015 9:28 am

Hey Guys,

After Chad and Steve Roberts reminded me of some keyboard shortcuts, because I was complaining about the lack of fine control with transformations when zoomed in, and that I had totally forgotten, I remembered there was some html documents from previous fusions, that for some reason did not make it to BMD's version of fusion. So here it is, just download unzip it and load into your browser. That's it, could be useful, it is to me... NOW! :D

Cheers

Thanks Pieter,

I was going to put them on my server, but I figured you would most likely do it, and it makes more sense being here!

Cheers
p.s. you can call me "Mark" if you prefer... I mean, we did have lunch together! ;-) wow. that was a while ago, should do again soon!

I get into the habit of calling people by their nicknames on a forum, but sure thing Mark!

And yes, absolutely. Lots has happened since last time we met so we should catch up!

Is "F4" for full screen of any window (view port, flow etc) gone in v8 Windows? I couldn't do it in v8 Beta. It's there for v7. I like that in Maya and Nuke (both linked to "spacebar"), and I find it useful in Fusion 7 via Wacom button linked to F4. Maybe it wasn't used by many.

Hi folks!

I have the project files for the Affinity Designer keyboard shortcuts PDF attached, and it would be a cinch for me to create the same for Fusion.

But before I make the time to do this, I have a couple questions to pose:

  • Is there still a need for this?
  • Are there many people who want/need this?
  • Is any of you willing to help me with this?
I have to ask the last question because I am brand spanking new to Fusion, so I will need help to identify all of the shortcuts available.

I would like to create these for Mac and Windows, in both light and dark themes. I would also be glad to host them on Github for community collaboration.

What does everyone think?

Hey,

I discovered this older thread while compiling a cheat sheet of my own. So if you need all Fusion keyboard shortcuts on one page, here is my solution:

Fusion Keyboard Shortcuts.

There's one page for Fusion Studio and a slightly reduced version for the Fusion tab in Resolve.
