MIDIExtractor does not understand comp:\ variable

Post by SirEdric » Wed Jun 19, 2019 4:22 am

Fusion version: 9, but older versions as well

OS and version: Win10

Additional relevant system info:

Description of the bug:
When opening a MIDI file and using the comp:\ variable (like comp:\mySong.mid) the MidiExtractor will not work.
Loading the same file with a full path (like X:\songs\mySong.mid) works just fine.

Severity (Trivial, Minor, Major, Critical)

Steps to reproduce:

Please, if possible, provide a Fusion setup to help demonstrate the behaviour, either as an attachment or between [code] tags:

Confirmed in Fu9 and Fu16.

In fact, confirmed as behaviour in Suck Less Audio, so it seems the comp:/ variable can't be used for paths in Modifiers.
