WSL Feature Request: Option to Exclude Code Blocks from Search Results

I find myself searching for old posts frequently but the only relevant keywords I can think of also happen to be in code everywhere. It would be really nice to be able to filter out all results with the search terms contained exclusively within code blocks.

As a random example: There is a topic somewhere in here about minimum depth (the actual topic title is "(Minimum) Bit Depth Management"), however both of these words ("minimum" and "depth") are in code blocks EVERYWHERE.

You can search in titles only in the Advanced Search page.

At this time this is not possible, as the search is basically going through the contents of posts and that's where the code blocks live. The search is in that sense not that "clever", because cleverness in algorithms demands computing power, which we don't exactly have in spades, at least not compared to something like Google.

Speaking of which, you can also use Google Search like this:

Code: Select all

site:www.steakunderwater.com/wesuckless minimum depth
And guess what the first result is... :)
