After Effects 64 Bit AE Plugin Support

Fusion 6.4 on Windows used to have After Effects 32-bit plugin loading support. It would be great if it was possible to add back the AE plugin support to Fusion Studio and update the code to work with the new 64-bit After Effects plugin SDK. :D

This would provide a nice alternative to relying on Nuke centric OFX based plugins that never seem to work correctly since they have dependencies that aren't made/updated for Fusion compatibility.

Having a 64-bit AE plugin bridge would allow things like the Video Copilot optical flares plugin, Mettle Freeform Pro, or the Borris plugins to work in Fusion Studio.

Thanks for your time.

I'm not sure but I remember that the newer AE plugin sdk,/platform prohibit the use in any other software

Even if you can make it work it would be the same mess as with ofx. Some things would other won't. There are things in AE that have no equal feature in fusion and vice versa.
Simplest example: the pseudo 3d system of AE which some of the tools you mentioned use

That would be AMAZING to have some of these effects in Fusion.
