UI: Slash And Burn Workflow

Workflows established in Modo 401, to easily customize your layout with heavy utilization of pie menus, also see Nuke's W_hotbox.

People call it the Slash and Burn workflow because you don't have to have anything in the UI except the 3D modeling view. All other windows can be closed and you can concentrate on modeling because the only thing visible is the viewport which in turn becomes a huge work area.
