I would so much love to try Krokodove, but with no macOS version, I can't.

Does anyone know what would be involved in getting a macOS build? Is this something only the author can do? I'm unclear exactly how it works, what the structure is: does it use binaries, hence it needs compilation for each system?

I'm wondering if I should send the author a message via his website and ask him about the status and whether I could have a go myself to get it working. Or has anyone already tried that? I don't want to bother him if he's already given a statement on if/when macOS compatibility is expected.

Hey @TheBloke,

Raf (@KomkomDoorn) has already stated back in February when I contacted him that there are some issues with compiling the macOS version and he's working on it. I followed up but haven't heard back since then:

I sent priceless vintage LEGO many many years ago to someone in appreciation of their tools, I am pretty sure that it was raf...

But right now, I'd be satisfied if a plugin was something Fusion that windows could run. it isn't limited to OFX, either

Yes, but I think the original recipients of the Lego are just about ready for college, so it's not as much as an incentive as it was before.

So is it time to perhaps request he release these tools as Open Source (and is that feasible)? As one of the slowly growing minority trying to migrate away from MS/Apple and Adobe Hegemony, this toolset (along with Fugraph) would work wonders in easing the pain of the transition. It seems, understandably, that other pursuits/interests/projects-that-pay-the-rent are stalling any future development, so maybe it's time for a Github repository? Apologies if this is wildly OT.
