I downloaded audacity to see if there was any differences if I exported from there, but it appears to be the same issue.I also tested to uncheck the box in Reaper as well, but that did not help either. I checked error message and got this message:

Can you attach the audio file here?

Sure thing!

I attached one of the files that I converted from mp3 to WAV. The other files I went from WAV to WAV in order to make sure I had 16 bit PCM.

Not sure what the problem is, your WAV file simply works.

You did set the file in the Modifier tab, right?

Found the reason. For some reason Suck Less Audio does not like that I have the file stored on an external hard drive. Tried putting it in a folder on the desktop and this solved it. Shouldn't it work either way though?

That is rather odd. I have no issues whatsoever loading audio files from external drives in Suck Less Audio - tested in Resolve. Indeed it should work either way.

Seems that there is something else going on there I'm afraid... :)

as a user with non english layout, my first thought: any non special characters in the file path?

That...actually was the issue...it did not like that I had my file saved in a folder called "Övrigt". Moved it to another folder and now it works ^^

I managed to put this together with Audacity and Davinci Resolve...
Not that great, but it's my first successful attempt with multiple frequencies

Haha - thanks for the earworm. Didn't expect to hear that track as the music of choice for someone named "BrainSmashR"... but perhaps I should have :D

I figured like most audio visuals, it would respond better to something with more bass than screaming guitars. However, I did try it with some death metal and it looks really good there too.

The only issue I've encountered is with creating vertical bars as opposed to horizontal. The bar seems to expand from the middle in both directions...any idea how I can make it only expand in one direction??

Yes, but that's not a Suck Less Audio question any more - would you mind starting a separate topic for it?

Not really an issue per say. I do this strictly for entertainment and half the fun is learning how to use DaVinci on my own. If you're looking for other tutorials based upon this fuse, "A Blackbird called Sue" has a really nice one, and it's in Fusion instead of DaVinci. It's actually how I found you guys in the first place...

Wow...Wow...Wow...
So clearly I based my video on the tutorial above....and I don't know what to say.
I'm not a professional and I think that shows, but this is BY FAR the most amazing video I've ever done
Thank you so much for this "fuse"
