The subject says it all: here's a short tutorial on how to import SVG files into Fusion and how to turn them into Paint Strokes so that they can be animated.

How to get whole circle in SVG? I use Inkscape and Affinity Designer and I was able to get only a circle with one deleted section.

I am not sure. I seem to recall that you have to export it in a slightly different way from Inkscape to get the closed shape.
I believe it had something to do with ellipses being a different kind of shape than curves, so you'll need to convert your shape (ellipse) to a curve for it to work. But the example I showed was provided to me, so I don't know what that person did to solve it. Of course you can just check the 'closed' checkbox inside of Fusion, but then you'll have to shape the final section yourself to match with the original.
