### [Update] Toolbar for Fusion 16 Viewer

Hi!
This is a viewer toolbar replica for Fusion 16, in case you missed for fancy mask buttons and instant fit/100% buttons, DoD etc.
Not all original tools are implemented: no normalise or SMR buttons. But those shown at the screenshot are working as expected. At least they should to.
It is set up to left view initially, but you can switch between left and right viewer with buttons.
This toolbar is based on Andrew Hazelden's UI Toolbar sample script, I just mapped some buttons. First it checks if any 2D tool is loaded to the viewer.
Config file is set to SHIFT_ALT_T shortcut. UI opens on mouse pointer position. Hope now your Fusion16 workflow will be less painful

### Re: Toolbar for Fusion 16 Viewer

I don't know if this is utterly awesome or deeply sad...

Config file is set to SHIFT_T shortcut.

That's the shortcut that is also used for adding a Transform3D in the nuke2fusion Atom and will cause a conflict. Would you consider a different one?

It's utterly awesome for the fact that BMD did not castrate that functionality.
(writing this I almost fear that they could reach out for the scalpel right away...:-/)
It's deeply sad for the fact that we are forced to use some (awesome!) hack like this to get our workflow back!

### Re: Toolbar for Fusion 16 Viewer

This is very nice. Thanks!

Since the paint and spline toolbars are now horizontal and at the top of the views I think I'll modify this for a vertical version with a different hotkey...just because.

Perhaps in the future another companion script can be written that allows the user to manually set the screen location for multiple instances (right/left) and then save that info to a config file along with a flag to toggle between 'at mouse location' or 'at saved locations'.

I'm not aware of anything that uses that one

### Re: [Update] Toolbar for Fusion 16 Viewer

Version 1.3 adds refresh button, so you can use single UI with multiple compositions
Other features:
* Script now starts even if nothing is loaded to the viewer. You still can add masks and polys
* Left and Right viewers can now have independent setups (LUT, checker, stereo, controls, lock)
* Due to the bug in Fusion16, DoD and RoI settings are global for all viewers, so it is currently impossible to set them per viewer
* If you go to Script -- Edit -- Toolbar16 -- Toolbar16 and change the line 71 from
-- WindowFlags = {FramelessWindowHint = true, },
to
WindowFlags = {FramelessWindowHint = true, },,
you can get this look:

The window becomes frameless, and looks much nicer. This trick does not work in Fusion 9 (yes, I made it backward compatible for no reason

### Re: [Update] Toolbar for Fusion 16 Viewer

Fixed the problem of fusion 9 not working, when the window becomes frameless.

Code: Select all

WindowFlags = {SplashScreen = true ,  NoDropShadowWindowHint = true, },

### Re: [Update] Toolbar for Fusion 16 Viewer

Thanks JUNE, this is what I was looking for!

Toolbar16 version 1.4 update
- The window is borderless by default
- Optional setting Windowsflags = {WindowStaysOnTopHint = true} to put the script UI top of all windows, so you can use it on second monitor too (line 72)
- works both in Fusion 9/16 and Resolve16 on Windows or Mac
- added Gamma/Gain button. Since Show Controls option affect gamma/gain UI, controls are toggled on gamma/gain enable
