Particles not rendering as in 3d Space

Hi guys,
I am working on a scene and using pImage Emitter. I am emitting particles colored from an image. I am really happy with the simulation but qhen rendering the particles they look loke less dense, like if they were loosing depth and and looking flatter...
Did this ever happen to you?
I am rendering the particles as points.

When sou say points, I assume you use the OpenGL Renderer?
If you add SuperSampling to fine details (like point Particles) they almost vanish.
Pump up your particle colour to something like twice or thrice the original colour.
(Way above 1!)
That should give enough colourinformation to supersample from.
