Creates a realistic glow for objects of complicated shape.
The three pictures below show the result of applying the conventional Glow with the Glow Size = 20 and 200 along with the result of the MultistepBlur with the BlurSize = 5..200 which is merged over the source picture in the "Add" mode.
You can see that the small-sized Glow creates a narrow shine just around the bolt itself and doesn't affect the environment, whilst the large-sized Glow only creates a wide and smooth spot around the boldest parts of the bolt.
The MultistepBlur, however, adds shine which begins from the bolt and gradually decays at a distance.

Controls Tab
Slider control. The width of the first blur step.
Slider control. The width of the last blur step.
Slider control. The number of blur steps. The greater the number the smoother the effect, but the processing time is longer.
Slider control. Shifts the steps towards/outwards the original object.
Slider control. Blends between the source image and the result.
Color control. The tint (multiplier) for the first step.
Color control. The tint (multiplier) for the last step.
