SelectColorRangeGradient_v01-2

This macro selects a range of colors according to Hue. You can also select a range of Saturation, Luminance, R, G, B, A.

It behaves like a conventional Bitmap mask, so you can feed other masks to it and connect its output to a tool's EffectMask input.

Designed to be generally used as a mask for selective color correction / color replacement.

  • Unique Controls
    Channel Map (example, don't edit)
Just a look up gradient which helps realize where specific hue is located on the scale. In the next version for the upcoming Fusion build this sample gradient will interactively change according to the selected channel (spectrum for Hue, black to white for Luminance, black to red for Red etc.)
    Select Range
Set as many markers as you need. White means selected colors and black means not selected. Any shades of gray are possible.

See also: SelectColorRange - a similar tool which uses ranges control for selection. It's faster, but doesn't let you select a compound color range with one node.
