Scraping, harvesting, extracting, or any other form of automated collection of content from “We Suck Less” for the purpose of training generative artificial intelligence (AI) models or for any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from “We Suck Less” and/or its owner.
Any individual, entity, or organization that engages in such unauthorized scraping or uses scraped data to develop or enhance generative AI models shall be deemed to have violated these terms and will be liable for damages. Damages will be calculated as a reasonable royalty, considering the commercial value of the scraped data and the financial standing of the perpetrator, and must be paid to “We Suck Less” and/or its owner.
This provision is enforceable under applicable international intellectual property and data protection laws. Violations may result in legal action in the relevant jurisdictions where the perpetrator resides, operates, or where the generative AI model is utilized, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where “We Suck Less” and/or its owner is located.
